I have had the pleasure of using My Chef Ray for catering events on more than one occasion. Not only is Ray Toelkes a pleasure to work with, his cuisine has always been top-notch, creative, and absolutely delectable. Our wedding was on September 23, 2007. After interviewing many other caterers, we chose "Chef Ray". Since this was our very "special" day we wanted only the very best.

That's exactly what "Chef Ray" is, the "very best." We chose a Mexican cuisine and the food was out of this world! Tasty, colorful, well presented and plenty to eat. From the salsa and chips to the chicken and beef fajita main dishes, Chef Ray covered all bases. Our guests loved the food so much they kept going back until it was all gone!

Ray...Here's a short e-mail to thank you for the wonderful job you and your staff did catering the memorial service we held for our late friend, Jim Knight. The coffee and tea, the water and soft drinks, the sandwiches, the salads and the desserts were all served quickly and efficiently. The quality of the catered food certainly made that afternoon a better one. And I also want to thank you for the value we received, given our budget. What you proposed and delivered was roughly one-half the cost of the other caterer that we asked to bid on this project.
